Send a short note via the form below or a direct email. Include the developer profile, project stage, geography, and ticket size. A lean intro is worth more than a deck at this stage.

We screen and respond within 48h

If the deal fits our mandate, we'll come back with a term-sheet view and the referral paperwork. If not, a quick no — so you can route the deal elsewhere without waiting.

Shared economics on closed deals

Standard referral economics paid post-fund-close. For recurring partners we formalise a sourcing relationship with retainer-style terms. All confidential, documented, and paid on schedule.

Referral agreement

Simple, one-page terms.

We use a short standard referral NDA to protect the deal details on both sides. Economics are spelled out in a one-page appendix before diligence begins.

  • i Deal-level confidentiality. No cross-talk to other parties.
  • ii Economics paid post-fund-close. No milestone fees.
  • iii Exclusivity per counterparty for 180 days after introduction.
